The inspection is a visual review of readily observable elements and is conducted in accordance with NACHI standards of practice.
 
A typical inspection takes about two hours. Although not required, attending the inspection will give you a chance to review first-hand any areas of concern and also is an opportunity to learn about maintaining the systems of your future home.
