4-Point Home Inspection
A 4-point inspection focuses only on the following systems: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Roof.
Because insurance companies are more reluctant to insure older homes, they may require a 4-point inspection. We have extensive experience preparing these reports and are familiar with specific forms that different insurance companies require.
Please feel free to call if you have any questions regarding this process. Our price for a 4-point inspection starts at $150, however that price is reduced significantly if we prepare a 4-point in conjunction with a full home inspection.
