A 4-point inspection reviews only the following systems: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Roof. It is sometimes required by insurance companies to obtain a new policy or renew and existing policy.
We have extensive experience preparing these reports and are familiar with specific forms that different insurance companies require.
Our price for a 4-point inspection starts at $125, however that price is reduced significantly if we prepare a 4-point in conjunction with a full home inspection.
