MEET THE TEAM
Craig Howard is a Florida Licensed Home Inspector since 2011(No. HI 3833). With over 35 years of experience in property maintenance and management, he is also a Licensed Radon Technician and NACHI Certified Florida Wind Mitigation inspector. He was a licensed real estate broker and a state weatherization inspector in the state of Wisconsin in the 1980s. Craig is a certified NACHI inspector and has conducted over 4500 inspections in the Tallahassee area.
Austin Howard is a recent graduate with a bachelor of science degree in construction management from Indiana State University. He is a Florida Licensed Home Inspector (No. HI 13682) and is also a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute and a NACHI Certified Florida Wind Mitigation inspector. Austin was previously employed as a millwork specialist at the west side Home Depot.
Cheri Howard is a retired Leon County elementary school teacher. She manages CMH Home inspections, where she handles all scheduling and day to day administration of the family business. She is also a licensed radon technician. She earned her bachelor of arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
CMH Home Inspections, LLC is fully insured, carrying both general and professional liability insurance.
