HUD/ FHA Mobile Home / Manufactured Home Structural Engineering Inspections
CMH Home Inspections, through a partnership with a Florida licensed engineering firm, can perform
Housing and Urban Development (HUD) structural engineering inspections to meet the requirements
under the Permanent Foundations Guide for Manufactured Housing (PFMGH).
Our team will visually assess the existing foundation and determine if a permanent foundation is
present, attached, sound, and fully supported per the PFMGH requirements for HUD. Our team can
then customize an engineering report for you and your lender (depending on VA, FHA, or Conventional financing).
Although we can provide a stand alone report, the cost of this service is significantly less expensive
when completed in conjunction with a full home inspection.
